Got Buyer's Remorse? Here's Your MyFamilyHaven Return Guide (Without the Legalese)
Changed your mind about your MyFamilyHaven purchase? No worries! We've got a smooth return policy to get you sorted. Here's the lowdown:
Got 14 Days? You Got This!
You have a whole 14 days after receiving your goodies to decide if they're keepers. Just make sure they're in the same pristine condition you got them in, with tags and all, chilling in their original packaging. Don't forget to grab your receipt too!
How to Return:
- Shoot us an email at myfamilyhaven@yahoo.com to kick-off the return process or contact us through the messages section.
- We'll send you a return shipping label (because we're nice like that) along with clear instructions on where to send your unwanted item. Heads up: Don't just send stuff back without letting us know first – we won't be able to accept it.

Not Everything's Returnable:
- Certain things can't come back, like food or anything custom-made just for you. Personal care products are also a no-go. We also can't take back hazardous materials or anything flammable (safety first!). If you're unsure about your specific item, just ask!
- Sale items and gift cards are also off the return list.
Want to Exchange?
The quickest way to get what you really want is to return your current item and then place a new order for the new one (once your return is approved, of course!).
Special Note for Our EU Friends:
If your Hina Collection goodies are heading to the EU, you have a 14-day "cooling off" period. This means you can cancel or return your order within 14 days, no questions asked. Same rules about the item's condition apply, though!
Refunds:
Once we receive your return and give it the once-over, we'll let you know if your refund is approved. If it is, you'll automatically get your money back within 10 business days using your original payment method. Just remember, banks and credit card companies can take some extra time to process the refund on their end. If it's been more than 15 business days and you haven't seen your cash, feel free to drop us a line at myfamilyhaven@yahoo.com
